Deluxe building built on 3 pressure treated 4 x 4 skids with full perimeter nailing on exterior grade ¾" plywood primer coated. 2 x 4 walls framed on 16 inch centers and 1.5/12 pitch shed style roof of 90# asphalt roll roofing on real ½" plywood. Typical full size entry door, this room has a 9 foot ceiling! Stucco exterior with the front to mimic an Old Pueblo building.
People call it a storage shed but really it could be a lot more than that.
Delivery starts at $200 and up depends on mileage and site conditions.
