Sunchokes, aka Jerusalem Artichokes, these are Organically grown here in Tucson, ready to eat or plant as your choice. The lack of a good frost caused them not to fully mature, but I have sold them succesfully at 2 Farmer's markets and now have a surplus to sell. This is a versatile and healthy tuber eaten raw, cooked or roasted high in iron calcium potassium & inulin. Search online or read the inserts below.
