Very simple and basic accommodations for your horses. Low-key, quiet, and peaceful. Small, private facility w/ round pen, huge natural-footing arena, and direct trail access to the Tucson Mountain Park. Located on the west side of the Tucson Mountains, off of Ajo Hwy and San Joaquin, approx 25 min SW of downtown Tucson. Beautiful views and dead-end road. Tons of trail riding! Easy haul to anywhere-camping or events.

You will love it here if you are independent and like to do your own thing and don’t take offense to quiet, introverted but very amiable people. We’re not fancy but we are friendly :)
Your horse will love it here if they like a quiet, stress-free environment with room to stretch their legs, and just a few other happy horses (and Navajo-Churro sheep) to hang out with.
20x20 and 20x40 stalls with shade and misters for the hottest days; daily turnout in the arena available (we do take turns with 24-hour access). Trailer parking is available.
Self-Care Prices:
$180/month for single 20x20 stall
$230/month for double 20x40 stall (up to 2 horses, add $135 for second horse)
Partial-Care Prices:
$250/mo for single 20x20 stall
$300/mo for double 20x40 stall (add $35 for second horse)
Horse Hotel (“Mare Motel”) overnight or short-term stays may be available, please inquire with specific dates and less than one month in advance. Sorry, I cannot reserve a spot any further out than 30 days due to limited space. Prices:
$20/night for the first horse, $15 each additional
30 amp electric and water LQ trailer or RV hookups may be available (please inquire ahead):
Electric and water only, no sewer except via caddy or pump; meant for overnight/short-term stays only (less than 1 month). $30/night, $180/week, or $600 for 1 month
