The Glider Rocker is in great condition!  It measures about 24" wide  x 26" deep.  It measures about 41" tall at the back. The seat height is about 17 1/4" tall and the seat area is about 18 1/4" wide x 17 1/4" deep.

This is a very nice Glider Rocker!  I'm asking $165 or best offer.

When pricing my items, I take into consideration many things including any flaws, scratches, chips, etc., so the asking price has already been adjusted for these things if present.

I choose "excellent" as condition on most of my listings.  Craigslist's choices are "good" then "excellent" with nothing in between.  About 70% of my items are in "very good" condition, with about 25% in excellent condition and only about 5% that fit in the "good" category and if they fit that is what I choose as the condition.
