Sectional Sofa & Ottoman (from Sam Levitz in 2020) - $100 (Foothills)

This ad is for a sectional sofa and ottoman I purchased new from Sam Levitz in 2020 for $1570. I can't re-call or seem to find the exact name brand though.
Overall, it's still in good condition and still LOOKS new. The fabric is perfect and has been Scotchguard'ed since day one. It should be noted however that we have started to notice one of the cushions sagging a bit lately and it looks like part of the frame (on the back inside) appears to be broken (see pics for details). It's always been kept in a clean, Foothills condo.
I still think it would be an excellent sofa for someone though. Especially if you're a college kid or just starting out and have your first place.
The dimensions are:
Sectional - 120" Long x 94" wide
Ottoman - 36" x 36"
The giant, comfy bean bag is also available with it or separately for an additional $100 (approx 5.5'-6.0' ft diameter and super comfy)
