The dining set is in great condition! The table measures about 36" x 36" x 26 1/2" tall. The table is about 2" shorter than a standard dining table height. It was used prior as a children's puzzle, craft table. The chairs measure about 34" tall at the back. The seat height is about 14" and the seat area is about 17" wide x 16 1/2" deep.
This is a very nice little table and chair set! I'm asking $150.00 or best offer.
When pricing my items, I take into consideration many things including any flaws, scratches, chips, etc., so the asking price has already been adjusted for these things if present.

I choose "excellent" as condition on most of my listings. Craigslist's choices are "good" then "excellent" with nothing in between. About 70% of my items are in "very good" condition, with about 25% in excellent condition and only about 5% that fit in the "good" category and if they fit that is what I choose as the condition.
We do not have a store so all items are sold by appointment only.
