This is a like new modern design loveseat that has had a cover over it most of the time. The color is sand and the approximate dimension are: 53" length, floor to top of back 36", 32" depth, floor to top of seat 19".

The least expensive I have see this loveseat selling for is $1500 + as shown in one of the photos. You can buy less expensive loveseats but not the quality of a Flexsteel. Get is for less than half price. We are selling because we are replacing the loveseat with two recliners.
