I have owned this furniture for about 30 years and is ideally sized for a child/teenager. It is overall in good shape but not perfect, issues below and photos included.
-Cracking in the middle of the desk; can be glued down or can be covered up with a mat
-Slight separation on the left dresser trim
-Water damage on the center hutch (the moving company allowed it to get exposed to moisture in 2005 when I moved to Tucson; it hasn't affected the strength of the wood)
$100 for the entire set. Each piece separates easily without tools but will require a truck or van to move. Available to help load but cannot deliver. Located midtown near Speedway & Alvernon.
