Claw Foot Living Room Accent Chair

The chair is in great condition!  It measures about 33 1/2" tall at the back.  The seat height is about 19" and the seat area is about 23" wide x 19" deep.  There is a small tear in the upholstery on the front corner.  Please see pictures.

This is a very nice chair!  Due to the small tear in the upholstery, I'm asking $115 or best offer.

When pricing my items, I take into consideration many things including any flaws, scratches, chips, etc., so the asking price has already been adjusted for these things if present.

I choose "excellent" as condition on most of my listings.  Craigslist's choices are "good" then "excellent" with nothing in between.  About 70% of my items are in "very good" condition, with about 25% in excellent condition and only about 5% that fit in the "good" category and if they fit that is what I choose as the condition.

We do not have a store so all items are sold by appointment only.
