Condition: This piece is in great shape and was well loved. It only has a few cosmetic scratches or paint transfers from gentle use, and has been kept in my home (original owner) for the last 16 years (non-smoking and pet free). I'm including a free furniture marker with matching color in case you need it for possible future touch-ups.
As pictured on Broyhills original ad for this piece, the following are the manufacturers three recommended uses:
The perfect TV stand/entertainment center, which ca support the weight of the largest and heaviest LED TV's on the market; it has the surface area to support curved tv models.
Depending on your floor plan, you could also place it directly behind the couch, using it to display photos, using the drawers to store your remotes, cables, miscellaneous entertainment stuff to have conveniently nearby, and to accent the couch for those whos couch divides the living room in half.
This piece is even perfect for serving guests like a buffet! Place it up against any wall and when it's not in use, you can store your serving utensils in the drawers and your China on display. No matter what the use is that you choose, it has done great displaying my family photos and as an ofrenda as well.
Measurements: The piece weighs approximately 85-100lbs. It stands 30"(2 feet, 6 inches) tall, 50" (4 ft. 2 in.) Wide, and 17" (1 ft. 5 in.) Deep. The drawers are 19" wide, 11" deep, and 3" tall (or "actual depth for storage").
Method of delivery: I dont have a truck and the piece is too big to fit in a car. So, I cannot deliver it; therefore, this item is for PICK UP ONLY. Keep that in mind if you're going to pick it up: you'll need a truck or SUV.
Location & Pickup Directions: I'm located at the Campbell Ranch Apartments on Campbell and Roger. Take a right at the first entrance and take your 1st available and immediate right at the gate. Park at the leasing office on your left and text/call me and I will meet you outside with the item.
Price/Payment: This piece originally cost me $900 and I purchased it from Pier One Imports in 2010, which is no longer in business. Now, these are extremely hard to find as they're no longer in production, and the only other two I could find that are available for sale for a price comparison were on a third party website where they're asking $475 each. Furniture made from solid wood and in great condition, like this piece is, usually appreciates over time (or, at minimum, never depreciate). I'm not looking to make my rent by selling just this piece, but I do want to get a fair price for it. I'm in a hurry to sell it, as I'm moving very soon. Due to all of these factors, I marked this item down to $200 and this price IS FIRM. Please, serious buyers and inquiries only and NO BARGAINING OR BEST OFFERS. No trade either, please.
