Antique Niemann Table Co Dining Table No Chairs

This solid wood mahogany and/or walnut dining table appears to be from the 1920's and was made by the Niemann Table Co.  The table measures about 45" x 59 1/2" x 30" tall.  It measures about 45" x 95 1/2" x 30" tall with all 3 leaves in. 

The leaves have some separation of the boards and can be seen in the pictures.  The flaws on the table top are also shown in the pictures.

The table's retail value, as is, is about $800. 

This is a very nice, very old, dining table!  Due to the flaws, I'm asking $165 or best offer. Reasonable offers will be considered. Cash only.

I choose "excellent" as condition on most of my listings. Craigslist's choices are "good" then "excellent" with nothing in between. About 70% of my items are in "very good" condition, with about 25% in excellent condition and only about 5% that fit in the "good" category and if they fit that is what I choose as the condition.
