Put your cubes in the red bottom and turn the handle! Just enough for two martinis!
It can stand upright by itself. I do think it had a bracket to attach it to a wall or cabinet. I don't have it. Maybe you can find a bracket that would work at the hardware.
It is old and used but the container is fine and it works fine.
