My friend and I had 4-Season tickets to the Diamondback's first year. They were on the Mid-level.
We went to as many games as we could acquiring a lot of premiums they passed out at the gates. At that time they gave everyone in the stadium a freebie. There weren't limits.
It was pretty casual and we would go to different gates and get more than one item.
This was in 1998. Different times.
Anyhow, my friend is moving to Wisconsin and getting rid of stuff including all her Dback stuff. I offered to help sell it for her.
We have two items here.
One is a duffle bag full of stuff and a bat.
There are rattles, pins, mouse pads, a small fanny pack, misc paper stuff, some signs from the Arizona Republic, some stuffed toy planes, 3 balls. There are also team calendars for 1999, and 2 Opening Day 2000 puzzles, 3-tshirts, the bat and duffle bag.
All of the above for $200.
Item 2 is really a collectible. It is her Opening Day ticket from 1998. This was a specially designed ticket that changed image, in a plexiglass display so it stands up. There is also a photo of the very first pitch by Andy Benes as well as a First Day Cover from the post office with a special snake cancellation.
These 3 items are $100 for the set.
