The animals are 9" to 14" long, and the tallest of the human figures is 30" tall. I set up the scene on a 5' 3" round table, and as you can see, that was not big enough. All the figures appear to be in very nice condition, but not perfect. There are a few minor imperfections. I am not sure what they are made of, but they are fairly heavy.
