What You’ll Do:
Guide guests through the WYM experience from start to finish
Recommend menu items, sauces, and upgrades confidently
Deliver fast, friendly, and attentive service
Work as part of a tight, team-oriented crew
Handle high-volume shifts with urgency and positivity
What We’re Looking For:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Great communication and people skills
Ability to stay composed under pressure
Team player mindset
Previous restaurant experience and OPEN availability required
Bilingual is a must we have a large Spanish speaking guest base
