We are looking for an amazing baker that is very experienced with all aspects of scratch pastries and cakes as well as having good working experience with breads. We have a great reputation for having delicious hand-made baked goods, and we need someone who can carry on that tradition. You can create a schedule that works for you, but it is a full time position. Creativity, efficiency are all part of the job.
You will be making pastries/cookies/cakes for our retail shop (bodega), fulfilling catering orders, including wedding cakes and making breads for our sandwiches in the cafe. We are a small shop, but you will have to be efficient to meet our needs.
