Our group includes an established restaurant, bar, coffee shop, and event space located downtown near the university.
We are seeking a hands-on leader who can inspire a team, uphold high standards, and continue growing the culture, service, and reputation of the business.
The Right Candidate-
Leads by example and enjoys being present on the floor
Understands both hospitality and operations
Has experience in restaurants and bar environments
Appreciates wine, spirits, food, and guest experience
Knows how to mentor and inspire service teams
Understands that every detail contributes to exceptional hospitality
Is community-minded, engaged, and passionate about building relationships
Believes hospitality is not just service — it is creating experiences people return for
Experience Preferred
Management experience in hospitality
Strong understanding of bar and dining room operations
Familiarity with POS, reservations, scheduling, and hospitality systems
Experience in craft cocktail or quality-driven restaurant environments preferred

Other:
• Recruit, train, and mentor
• Oversee all aspects of our upcoming lunch service (June)
• Ensure consistency, quality, and execution across all services
• Manage inventory systems, oversee FOH and BOH inventories and COG
• Support events, large parties, and occasional off-site catering
This is a full-time role requiring a minimum of 5 days per week on-site, with a strong focus leadership..
