We’re looking for a passionate, reliable culinary professional to join our team in a unique, hybrid role shared between two beloved Tucson spots, Haute Coffee and Frost Gelato.
About the Role:
This position blends artistry and precision across two kitchens:
4:00 AM – 7:30 AM → Start your morning with Haute Coffee, baking and finishing elegant French pastries imported directly from France. These pastries arrive frozen and ready for your skilled touch; baked to perfection, decorated, and beautifully presented for our morning guests.
7:30 AM – mid-afternoon → Transition to Frost Gelato, where you’ll become part of the creative process that brings our gelato to life. As a Gelato Chef, you’ll prepare and mix ingredients for our full range of flavors, decorate and present each batch in our display cases, and ensure every flavor looks as good as it tastes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Dependable, efficient and detail-oriented, especially in early morning hours.
- A sense of pride and consistency in every batch and bake.
- Prior food-handling experience is not required, but would be preferred.
- Team player with a positive, professional attitude.
