We are hiring experienced Banquet Event Servers for ongoing events throughout the Tucson area, including Sahuarita, Downtown Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana, Midtown, Eastside, University-area venues, resorts, and private event spaces.
If you are polished, reliable, and enjoy working high-end events with flexible scheduling, we want to meet you.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We staff a wide variety of events such as weddings, corporate galas, fundraisers, university banquets, holiday parties, and private events. You will represent The Party Staff onsite and work closely with banquet captains, catering managers, and venue teams.
This is an on-call, flexible schedule position with steady opportunities for those who perform well.
PAY
Pay varies by event and assignment.
Hourly range: 15.00 to 20.00 per hour
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum six months of banquet, serving, or catering experience
• Ability to carry oval trays with confidence
• Experience with tray passing, buffet service, and table service
• Black bistro attire required (black button-up, black slacks, black tie, black non-slip shoes)
• Reliable transportation to travel to various event locations
• Strong customer service skills and a professional appearance
• Weekend and evening availability
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Handler card within 30 days
