The Elks Lodge of Green Valley seeks an experienced Prep Cook for part-time service Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday.

• Great technique: strong knife skills and a range of cooking methods set you apart
• Attention to detail: know your weights, measurements and volumes
• Cleanliness and organization: Able to work cleanly and maintain a clean and well-organized work-station
• Team player: it takes a team to run our kitchen
• Comfortable standing for extended periods of time, able to lift up to 30 pounds and continuously bend, reach and twist
• At least 6 months experience as a prep cook in a full-service restaurant or institutional kitchen preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
