POSITION:
• $25/hour, with a daily minimum of $125 (5 hours).
• Ideal for someone seeking flexible, part-time work.
• Independent work environment—perfect for those not looking for a traditional 9-5 job.
• Schedule can be customized to fit your availability.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Possess a passion and love for professional organizing!
• Feel competent to work as a professional organizer, especially with your ability to think strategically and systematically.
• Be able to project authority and instill confidence and hope in overwhelmed clients.
• Have an arsenal of innovative and creative organizing ideas, hacks, and tools.
• Be able to create a unique “game plan” for each client and think creatively on the spot.
• Have the capacity to adapt to the client’s needs and create long-term systems that will work for them personally.
• Be able to provide compassionate support to clients, particularly those going through challenging life transitions (e.g., grief, divorce, health issues).
• Know when to take charge and ignite energy, motivation, and momentum, but also when to pivot and take things slow, listen, and/or ask questions when clients are overwhelmed.
• Be able to help people who have just moved and need their entire house unpacked, organized, and decorated.
• When working with a family, have the ability to create excitement and get everyone on board and on the same page.
• Delight in helping clients who are in overwhelm move into fun, flow, and empowerment! 🎉💪💜
