Your responsibilities as a Program Supervisor include ensuring the members are safe are safe at all times.

You will also ensure that there are enough staff on duty to over-see members staff need to stay involved with members this includes activities outings ETC.

You will ensure that all IRs are reported in a timely manner to your Program Director

You will ensure that staff keep up on all daily and hourly documentation.

You will ensure the home is stocked with food and supplies and that the home is clean at all times, assign cleaning and cooking tasks to all staff.

There may be other tasks that your Program Director assigns to you.
