Eaton ePDU T2235-A2-NBB09S automatically transfers power from the primary source to a secondary source if there is an issue with the primary. Power is transferred back to the primary source when it is restored. There are two 8 feet 5-20P input plugs and eight 5-20R / AC outlets that is not to exceed 16 amps. Not for mission critical applications since this is used but should suffice the need of redundant power for essential electronic devices. Might trade for a laptop or desktop but doesn't have to be. Tested OK before storage. Can deliver since I have no access to two 5-20P receptacles to test everything but maybe you do.
