Functionally, it excellent and pulls in all kinds of stations, big and small. MPX stereo works well, and it has fantastic tone and soundstage with all of the vintage tubes in it.
This model is considered one of the best, even rivaling the vintage McIntosh MR78 and Marantz models.
I had it professionally serviced by an expert tech a few months ago, who only replaced selenium rectifiers, otherwise all is original. He also tested all tubes and all are strong. Tubes included are vintage Amperex, Philips, RCA.
It’s plug and play, ready to go.
Lastly, for an extra $30, I’ll include a large intentional exterior antennae and about 50 feet of coaxial cable as well as a coax adapter. Also included is printed copy of owners manual.
Strongly prefer local pickup or can deliver in Tucson or Phoenix area for a small fee. Shipping may be possible but due to glass faceplate and multiple tubes, buyer would have to assume risk and shipping and insurance cost.
