This is the perfect Tucson commuter.

Reliable, economical, comfortable, and quiet. It gets around 45mpg around town! A/C works great. There is nothing mechanically wrong with the car.

This car has been great for my needs, but I have several too many cars and I'm looking to downsize.

I would say the only negative is that the Arizona sun hasn't been kind to the clear coat, as you can see in the photos.
