2012 Ford Focus Titanium - Clean Title, Needs Repairs - $2,500 (Tucson)

Clean Title

Been a great car since I've owned it, have gotten over 40mpg on the highway, 20s to 30s in town. Needs a few fixes:
-Power steering control module (~$150-300)
-Transmission control module reset/replace (~$200-400)
-Rear door latch replacement (Ford recall)
-ECM not allowing start due to module communication issues (push-button start). I drove it to my shop when I parked it, and periodically when I moved it in and out of the shop, so I know it runs, but when I replaced the battery recently it started complaining about communication with those modules and wouldn't power on
-Could use new tires
-Touch screen Sync system not powering on (tied to electrical issues I think)
-Titanium trim, power everything, heated seats
Has been sitting in the shop since fall, so it's a bit dusty and needs the seats cleaned, but I need the space more than the car right now for my business, and I don't have the time currently to work on it. If I get time to fix the issues, I'll adjust the price accordingly. Will need towed currently as it isn't starting.
