Selling my 2009 Subaru Forester with 165,000 miles. The vehicle received a replacement engine approximately 25,000 miles ago (at 140k miles), so the engine itself has relatively low mileage and is in excellent mechanical condition.
The Forester is not currently running because the battery is dead after sitting for the past four months. Before it was parked, the underlying issue was an electrical problem where the vehicle would start and drive normally, but after coming to a stop (such as at a stop sign or red light), it would lose electrical power and shut off. Other than that electrical issue, the vehicle has no known mechanical problems and the replacement engine has been reliable.
