For the past ten years this Durango served as my weekend warrior. Camping, light off-roading, taking model airplanes out, and towing home wayward motorcycles.
A recent job change pressed it into daily service and it succumbed to the stress.
The good: Tires have less than 500 miles on them. I replaced all the ball joints, shocks, and CV boots in January, about 5000 miles on all that stuff. At the rebuild I did a two inch lift. 5.9 Magnum runs great. Has shorty headers, higher flow cross pipe, Air aid throttle body spacer and air filter. I made metal parts to replace the plastic part on the window regulators that always breaks, so no window issues. 4x4 system works as it should. Body is 95% good.
The meh: 90's clear coat. Driver's seat has some upholstery issues. Passenger rear door has a dent, does not affect the operation. A few spots of rust.
The Ugly: Transmission is dead. It will need to be towed.
If it was still just a weekend warrior, I'd probably pick up a crate transmission and swap it over time. They run $2200 on up.
I'd like to get my money back on the tires, but I am open to offers. Asking for $1000
