1963 Ford Galaxie 500 race car.

Built as a tribute to the Wood Brothers stock car that Tiny Lund drove to victory in the 1963 Daytona 500.

358ci Windsor V8 paired with a face-plated Tremec 5-speed manual transmission.
NASCAR-style roll cage, weight jackers, upgraded brakes, 34-gallon fuel cell, remote fire suppression system, power steering, etc…

Lexan front, rear, and side windows. Helmet fan. Kelsey-Hayes calipers and discs up front along with single-piston calipers and discs in the rear. Remote and separate brake and clutch master cylinders along with driver adjustable brake bias.

The 358ci Windsor V8 was built to SCCA GT2 Panoz Esperante specifications with a wet sump and Accusump oil accumulator. Car weighs 3,250 pounds dry and races under 3,500 pounds including the fuel and driver with 49% rear weight bias and 49.98% cross weight.

Includes a spare 351 Windsor V8 engine, a full race build (balanced and blueprinted) with Wiseco pistons, ARP rod bolts, Lunati custom cam and a road race oil pan-- 400HP at the crank. Two (2) Tremec transmissions, (engine and trans easily valued @ over $10,000) and (2) sets of wheels and tires, an extensive selection of springs and shocks, and original steel hood, trunk lid and bumpers (replaced with fiberglass).
