Have hundreds or thousands of photos, files, records, uploads, spreadsheet rows, or other digital items that need to be organized, cleaned up, transferred, checked, or processed?
I handle large, tedious digital projects that require more judgment and quality control than ordinary data entry.
Depending on the project, I can complete the backlog directly, develop custom tools to make the work faster and more reliable, or create a repeatable workflow that can later be operated internally.
Possible projects include:
• Large photo or digital-asset libraries
• File and folder organization
• Bulk file renaming
• Metadata preparation and cleanup
• High-volume website or platform uploads
• Spreadsheet and database cleanup
• Duplicate detection and source comparison
• Migration between systems or platforms
• Repetitive browser-based tasks
• Batch processing and quality checking
• Partially completed or disorganized projects
• Custom tools for recurring administrative work
Current work includes a multi-stage organization and migration project covering approximately 11,000 historical photographs. One individual album contained more than 3,000 images. The larger engagement includes source reconciliation, structured naming, metadata preparation, duplicate and exception handling, high-volume processing, and quality assurance.
I work remotely and can also work with Tucson-area businesses and organizations.
Every project is different. Pricing is based on volume, source condition, complexity, access requirements, and the final result needed. Larger or uncertain projects generally begin with a paid representative sample or assessment before a full quote is provided.
This is a paid professional service, not free technical support or basic low-rate data entry.
When replying, please include:
• What material or backlog you have
• Approximately how many items are involved
• The platform, website, folder, or system being used
• What the finished result should look like
• Any deadline or recurring need
Projects are accepted based on fit, access requirements, and whether a clear completion standard can be established.
