You ordered food delivery from BJ's last night while it was raining. I want to apologize profusely because I got an upsetting text right when you walked up to my car. I think you might have heard me say "fxcking idiot..." It was definitely NOT directed towards you. I also forgot to hand you your drink and when I tried to go back, I called the food delivery help desk to contact you and they said they couldn't get ahold of you. I'm very sorry for the terrible customer service ... You tipped well and deserved better.
