On April 22 at 5AM I need a ride to and from the Surgery Center at 3935 E. Fort Lowell Road, it is about 3 miles from my home. The surgery will take 5 hrs. +/-. My driver will have to wait until they are ready to release me. The surgery is an ankle replacement which is not anything critical. I can pay $100 to whoever can help me out with this.
