Flying parasite (Marana)

I'm almost a hundred percent positive I was infected when the next door neighbors, horses died.
I sat outside a lot. I enjoyed the desert.Maybe that will be my demise!
You will have to enlarge the photo. But you can see, it's a winged parasite, and I do believe it can come from horses?? If anyone knows, please contact me!
