This collection of over 1100 unmounted international stamps circa 1970 to 2000 is solely related to the novelist William Karl Thomas and his research, publishing and film production contacts, and personal and romantic correspondence. About 90% of the stamps are still on the original envelopes, almost 100% bear the cancellation marks, and less than 10% are printed postage and cancellation instead of individually printed stamps.
