This is an early 1900's Collapsible Running Iron/Branding Iron. It was hand made by a Blacksmith. It breaks down to be carried on a saddle to be carried in the original sheath. It comes with the original sheath. It measures 19" when fully extended. The Running Iron was used by Ranchers for branding cattle and it was used by Cattle Rustlers for changing brands. Selling for $1,000 OBO
