I don't have a title. There is a hole in the floor, but I'm pretty sure it'll float. The keys are in it. The motor does work, it needs a battery, and a lot of TLC. Tires on the trailer are good, so it's ready to be hooked up. I'm asking $500 OBO I really need to get it out of here so if you come with $300 cash in hand you can take it.
