Aluminum rowboat does not need registration as long as there is no motor on board. You will need a lifejacket on board for every person on board. If you have a little outboard or trolling motor I've got you covered with a fresh registration anyhow. 6½ foot oats are in great shape as are the oarlocks.
It's ready to take straight to the lake and I'll pay for your lifejacket
