SWFT - MAXX eMoped has an electric motor less than 750 watts with a top speed of 20 mph so is not classified as a motorcycle and does not require a Class M (motorcycle) license to operate.

LIKE NEW CONDITION: Looks like new with no damage or scratches in the paint. The batteries were getting old (5 years) and were loosing range so I just replaced with four New sealed batteries located under the seat (simple to replace when required) so it operates and runs like new.
ABOUT SWFT MAXX: Very fun to ride and very comfortable. Would be great and inexpensive way to commute. Can also hold a passenger with folding foot pegs. Beautiful design. Built-in hydraulic shock absorbers ensure you enjoy the smoothest ride. Has Hi and Low beam headlights. Turn Signals, Front disk and rear drum hydraulic brakes, Horn, Keyed start with a built in alarm on a key fob for security, Cup holder and a USB charging port. Has 2 kickstands. A motorcycle type that is very stable that lifts the rear wheel off the pavement and a bicycle type that leaves both wheels on the ground for quick parking.
