The gas tank is built into the frame. The motor still needs to be mounted and connected to the jackshaft kit. The motor is brand new and has 25 to 30 miles on it. The motor is a 4-stroke motor. You can go to the gas station and put a dollar in the tank without having to mix oil and gas. There is no clutch. There is a rip cord to start the motor. The jackshaft kit allows you to change the gears
