You need a chain, wheelset, cassette, dropper lever, saddle and a fork. I swapped over to a hardtail recently and trying to recoup some of the cost from the parts that didn’t fit the new frame. Less than 100 miles on everything. I’m not as hardcore as I thought and never rode this full squish anywhere but Fantasy Island.
