Just pulled this unit this morning it would work fine if you spend the fan blade motor and it would run for a while cooling just great but then it would seize up so the motor is on its way out don't have time to mess with repairing it to component level but a new motor if you're in the bay AC business or you just a handy with that kind of stuff save yourself hundreds the inside unit works great also of course copper line set is included please include your phone number to help prevent fraud and waste everybody's time
