This is livable as I lived in it for over 7 months comfortable
AC heater don't work but space heater n room a/c included all windows n blinds in tack
Grey water fresh water n waste water tanks work hold n have a bottom to see when need to empty fully self contained 30 amp power n water hook up work accordingly
The only bad the roof needs replaced I bought 1.5 yrs ago n have had it parked so no further rain damage acured since I've owned but yes previously from before I bought it
