Stripped frame in solid condition. This is a heavy duty foundation perfect for a Tiny House on Wheels (THOW), custom car hauler, or flatbed. Arizona steel with only surface rust.

Width: 7.5ft post-to-post (road legal width).
Internal Width: 5.5ft between the tires.
Paperwork: CLEAN AZ TITLE IN HAND.
Condition:
Tires hold air for loading and moving around a yard but are NOT roadworthy. Axles have been sitting for a while and will need a standard service/grease before any highway travel.
