The bed converts from an adjustable-height crib, to a toddler bed, to a full size bed. I have included pictures from each configuration. Your child can get years of use from it.

The set also comes with a chest, dresser and hutch (goes on top of dresser).

There are some "teething scratches" on the footboard. Otherwise it's in great shape.
