NW Tucson - A great statement piece for your Mediterranean Inspired decor - Hard to peg the exact civilization / culture it comes from but most likely in the northern Mediterranean area in the 18th or early 19th century (perhaps older) judging by the style and method of copper dovetailing / hammered construction - Quite heavy at 15 pounds and both 14.5" High & Wide - You have to see it in person to get appreciation for just how impressive this piece is.

I do not believe it's from a Persian or Islamic country as there is no ornamental carving on the main body.
