Own a piece of memorabilia from Arizona's History. This piece of Western Art was from one of several of the Bill Johnson's Big Apple Restaurant's in Phoenix. Bill Johnson's Big Apple Restaurant first opened in 1956 and was a Phoenix staple for 60 years until it's final restaurant closed in 2015. Bill Johnson's was known for its Western Style BBQ and steak, chock full of Classic Western Art and Memorabilia. Just walking through the door was taking a step back in time, part of the "Old West", where the waitresses wore gun belts and holsters, where there was sawdust on the floor and Bill Johnson broadcast his radio show from inside the dining room with featured guests such as Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings and Wayne Newton.
