Given as a gift, used once. I have no room for it and have no need for such an appliance. Someone who has a family and little time to cook would get more use from this than I ever would. Multi functional, it does a lot. (see photos) Cooking capacity is 12" X 8" X 4" deep. Sorry, I don't know whatever happened to the instruction book but should be able to get it off the internet. I just know that purchased new, they are pretty pricey. This price is much more affordable, especially for a family.
