Great interior details, with historic sconces, wood floors in the dining room and second bedroom, and carpet in the living room and bedroom. Honey-do list maintained. Nicely painted outside and in. Kitchen has recently tile floor and tile counters, with fridge, plenty of cabinets, microwave, and gas stove. Washer and dryer is inside the house. The house has A/C, with excellent heat, too.
