We’re seeking a dependable and experienced Office Manager / Property Manager with strong bookkeeping and account management skills.
This position involves overseeing property operations while maintaining organized and accurate financial records.
Must have:
• Proven bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks required)
• Strong understanding of income and expense management
• Ability to track accounts payable/receivable, reconcile statements, and generate reports
• Property management experience (tenant coordination, vendor management, rent tracking)
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
Responsibilities include:
• Managing day-to-day office operations
• Recording and reconciling property income and expenses
• Maintaining QuickBooks and property files
• Coordinating maintenance, vendors, and tenants
• Preparing summaries and reports for ownership
💰 Pay: $18–$25/hr (DOE)
