I HAVE filed a complaint with the BBB, and next I am going to AAG. After reading the review by lbrodrick on city search and ditch on superpages I am shocked!. Same story, but a few differences. 11 weeks went by phone calls never returned, so I went in person expecting the company closed. Wow, they were still in business, so I talked to a manager and he said the manufacturer lost my order, and it would be at least 8 more weeks. They agreed to cancel the order, as it was never placed, and to credit my charge card back. Well, it has been 6 weeks and the credit card has not been credited, and again I cannot get anyone to return my calls. I too have had to file a dispute with my credit card company. UNreliable, UNder performing, UNresponsive, UNtrustworthy, Undependable. So much for doing business with a local family run business!
